Dennis Dollar
Owner of Dollar Associates

Dennis Dollar is principal partner of Dollar Associates, LLC, a consulting firm serving credit unions and their partners. Voted by Credit Union Times readers as the most influential credit union leader of the past 25 years, Dennis has shaped credit union policy and growth for decades.

Appointed by President George W. Bush as Chairman of the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) in 2001, Dennis oversaw all federal credit union regulations and the insurance fund protecting more than 9,000 institutions nationwide. He also served as Vice Chairman of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC), coordinating oversight among federal regulators.

A former Mississippi legislator and credit union CEO, Dennis led Gulf Coast Community Federal Credit Union to national recognition and has received numerous industry honors, including induction into the CUES and Mississippi Credit Union Halls of Fame, and the World Council of Credit Unions Ambassador Award.

Becky Reed

Becky Reed is a credit union industry veteran and thought leader with over two decades of leadership across credit unions and CUSOs. Known for her dual perspective as a credit union executive and CUSO innovator, she champions the belief that a frictionless member experience begins with empowered employees and modern technology.

As former CEO of Lone Star Credit Union, Becky led a full digital transformation—modernizing infrastructure, culture, and operations to achieve a remote-first, digital-first organization.

Often called the “CUSO Queen,” Becky co-founded PureIT CUSO, served as NACUSO Board Chair, and sits on multiple advisory boards. She also leads BlockAdvocates, a nonprofit promoting crypto education, and continues to explore emerging technologies like DLT and AI. Now serving as Chief Operating Officer at FinTech BankSocial, Becky remains dedicated to advancing the credit union movement through her four passions: Credit Unions, CUSOs, Crypto, and Collaboration.

Mark Sievewright
Chief Strategy Officer of SRM | Practice Leader

With more than 30 years of financial services experience, Mark Sievewright has worked directly with numerous credit unions in the successful formulation and execution of their business strategies and plans. Mark is the recipient of several industry awards and is a recognized industry thought-leader.

Mark has led strategic consulting engagements for credit unions ranging from
$250M to $53 Billion in assets. Also, he has supported credit unions on their merger-related strategies and related actions, including pre-merger planning and post-merger integration support.

During his career, Mark has held senior leadership positions at HSBC, MasterCard International (where he led the firm’s marketing and commercial services division in Europe, Middle East and Africa), Payment Systems Inc. (where he served as CEO), TowerGroup (now part of Gartner Group, where he served as CEO), and Fiserv (where he served as vice chairman and president of the company’s Credit Union Solutions division with more than 2,000 staff serving 2,600 credit unions).

In September of 2022, Mark’s firm Sievewright & Associates was acquired by SRM.

Bob West
CEO of CU*SOUTH

Bob West is a results-driven executive with extensive experience in financial services and credit union leadership. Over his career, Bob has collaborated closely with boards, CEOs, and executive teams, driving growth, managing change, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. His deep expertise spans operations, technology, and risk mitigation, with a focus on infusing innovation and efficiency into credit union processes.

Bob’s career includes credit union leadership roles in Pennsylvania and North Carolina, where he spearheaded IT, Lending, and operational initiatives for several multi-billion-dollar federal credit unions. As EVP/CIO and CTO, Bob has overseen lending, strategic planning, project management, IT, imaging, EFT card services, security, and facilities, consistently enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring compliance. Bob has also worked for Fiserv for five years as a VP in account and service management within credit union solutions for all credit union customers of Fiserv.

A proud United States Air Force veteran, Bob brings passion and dedication to his role as CEO of CU*SOUTH. Leading with a collaborative, strategic, and visionary approach, he works alongside a team of seasoned professionals, serving as a coach, mentor, and advocate for innovation and growth.

Geoff Johnson
CEO | SPEAKER

As CEO of CU*Answers, Geoff Johnson brings a wealth of practical lending experience and industry knowledge to the table with 17 years in credit union leadership roles that oversaw the strategic direction of lending and sales in the following areas: commercial, consumer, credit card, indirect, participation, real estate, and all aspects of collections. Geoff Johnson was appointed the Chief Operations Officer of CU*Answers in 2014, promoted to President/COO in 2018, and selected by the CU*Answers Board of Directors to serve as the CUSO’s Chief Executive Officer in 2021.

Mr. Johnson is also a key partner and advocate of the cuasterisk.com network of credit union service organizations. He currently serves as board members of Xtend, a shared resources and consulting services CUSO, and eDOC Innovations, a nationwide leader in mobile enterprise digital transaction management (mDTM®) software. Geoff also serves on the CU Outdoors Board of Directors.

Since joining CU*Answers in 2005 as the Executive Vice President of Client Interactions, Geoff has worked closely in the growth and development of the Management Services teams including Earnings Edge, Lender*VP, AuditLink, Web Services, SettleMINT, and Imaging Solutions. Mr. Johnson has brought his love of the great outdoors into the business, fostering an attitude of appreciation for the work done and a desire to explore new paths for the organization.
